Terms of Service
This Terms of Service (General Membership Agreement or  Membership Agreement) between you ("You", "Member", "User" or "Advertiser") and TWC, Ltd. (a.k.a. Traffic Explosion Co Op.com) sets out the terms of your membership. You must read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement by marking "I Accept." If You do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement Traffic Explosion Co Op is unwilling to allow You to become a Member.

1)	Sending unsolicited mail to people, asking them to join Traffic Explosion Co Op.com without any prior contact with you is not only against our policy, but it is also illegal. We have ZERO tolerance against spamming and if we receive just ONE SINGLE complaint against you for spamming, we first verify that the spam incident did occur and then we delete all current funds in your account. If you are reported as spamming for a second time, we will verify the second incident and then take the necessary steps for terminating your account.

2)	You may only have one account. Do not attempt to create more than one account or all of your accounts will be terminated. You should never need another account. If you have forgotten your user information all you need to do is request for it to be e-mailed to you.

3)	You may refer other people in your household. However, they must have a valid unique e-mail address and valid unique PayPal address/account to register with our program.

4)	We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason and without warning or notice. If we decide to give a notice, we will notify you by e-mail. If you are caught cheating in any way, your account will be deleted without notice. Please note due to the proprietary nature of our monitoring system, we're not able to disclose any detailed information nor discuss the reason.

5)	TrafficExplosionCoOp.com, as well as its administrators, partners, and sponsors, can not be held responsible or liable for any damage or loss that may occur as a result of using TrafficExplosionCoOp.com website or services. Users agree to use TrafficExplosionCoOp.com at their own risk.

6)	All payments are made via PayPal and no other payment method is being used at this time. You can request for payment once your account balance is $5.00 or more. Your payment will be processed and issued via PayPal within 30 business days, provided you have complied with the TOS. You can only request one payment at the time.

7)	TrafficExplosionCoOp.com is in no way associated with PayPal, or any other payment processor and merely uses them to process payments for such things as memberships , and advertising packages.

8)	You must have a valid unique e-mail address and valid unique PayPal address/account to register with our program.

9)	Users have the right to cancel their TrafficExplosionCoOp.com membership at any time. All existing referrals and/or credits and future earning potential through our affiliate program will be forfeited at the time of cancellation.

10)	You can refer an unlimited amount of people to join the program but you will only earn referral income from those that you DIRECTLY refer.

11)	Advertising fees are to be paid via PayPal only. PayPal accepts all major credit cards, bank transfers and PayPal funds.

12)	By joining TrafficExplosionCoOp.com, you agree that you shall be fully responsible for any filing of taxes that is required by your governmental authorities. Because of our worldwide, international status - we will not do this for you.

13)	You are not an employee of TrafficExplosionCoOp.com and you are not an independent contractor for TrafficExplosionCoOp.com. We simply create a middle-man connection from the advertiser to the consumer. You or TrafficExplosionCoOp.com has the right to terminate this relationship at any time.

14)	Refund Policy: Fees for upgrading your membership or purchasing intangible items are generally non-refundable. Aside from this, we will work with you to solve any problems you may have.

15)     As with any advertising, TrafficExplosionCoOp.com can not and does not guarantee results (sign-ups, orders, ect.). Results greatly depend on what you are offering and how you present your offer. 

16)     TrafficExplosionCoOp.com makes no claim as to when your hits will be received to your site, as this depends on many factors, like how many members are, using the Traffic Exchanges, clicking on the Paid to Click links, reading the Paid to Read emails, which we do not control.

17)     TrafficExplosionCoOp.com can not be held responsible for third party hit trackers that may not record hits accurately.

18)     Sometimes sites may be shown multiple times to the same user.

19)    Liability: TrafficExplosionCoOp.com will not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, strike, labor dispute, work stoppage, fire, act of government, or any other cause, whether similar or dissimilar, beyond our control. TrafficExplosionCoOp.com reserves the right to restrict, alter, or modify fees, benefits, rules, regulations, special offers, membership terms and conditions or terminate services any time and without notice. TrafficExplosionCoOp.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates and agents are not responsible for any products and services of other program participating companies or partners.

20)     Your site or ads cannot promote adult content or illegal activity. We also do not accept sites that use frame breakers, "Fly-In", "Alert" style, or "slide in" ads that require a click,
Pop-up windows and/or exit popup windows,
Paid To Promote, Paid To Surf, Auto surf or Investment surf programs, 
Rotators, HYIP's (High Yield Investment Programs), 
10% or more content based on a language other than English,
Contain Google ads, as most traffic exchanges do not allow, nor does Google allow their ads to be shown in TE 
Any page which is, or links to porn, warez, hate sites, or any site with the ability to break out of frames.
